In 1999, our company contracted the launching project of the “Haijian No. 3002” engineering ship of Lushun Repair Shipyard, which created a precedent for the application of airbag lateral launching engineering vessels.
The 2000 Navy Shanghai Base first ordered the "Changlin" floating inflatable ball to welcome the Australian naval fleet to visit China.
2001 drafted China's first ball-based standard promulgated and implemented. Inflatable rubber ball ball fender is one of the most advanced anti-collision products in the world. In 2002, the first 10,000-ton oil tanker “Zhouhai Oil 28” was successfully launched with Changlin Airbag in Huangyan Jixiang Dockyard Company of Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province, marking a new breakthrough in airbag water supply and water technology, and creating a 10,000-ton ship application airbag launching. In 2004, China Road and Bridge Group Corporation succeeded in adopting Changlin airbag handling single-piece reinforced concrete buried caisson with a weight of 2,320 tons.
In 2005, the 8100-cube suction dredger of Taizhou Huangyan Jixiang Dock Co., Ltd. successfully launched the Changlin airbag, and the weight of the launch exceeded 5,000 tons for the first time.
In 2006, our company won the high-tech enterprise of Shandong Science and Technology Department.
In 2007, the special slope of the low-slope double-folded airbag launched by our company was completed and put into operation in Yangzhou Guoyu Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. The first 450,000-tonne "Guoyu Haidang No. 1" manufactured by Changlin adopted the Changlin airbag to launch the water smoothly, setting a record of breaking the weight of the airbag into 9,000 tons.
In 2008, the 55,000-ton Panamax bulk carrier “VICTORIA” was launched at the Sanmenjian Jumping Shipyard in Zhejiang Province using Changlin airbag. The length of the ship is 190 meters, 3226 meters wide and 18 meters deep. It weighs 12,000 tons when launched. It marks the weight of the ship's airbags breaking through the 10,000-ton mark.
