On November 3rd of 2012, HTV offshore wind power equipment installation vessel “Liaohe 1”, developed independently by our country, in Liaohe Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. of Bohai Equipment Group was successfully launched by Changlin’s launching engineering service team. This successful experience led in the launching for wind power equipment installation ships by airbags, thus creating a new mode for launching this kind of offshore wind power equipment installation platforms.
