1.1 Use high-grade rubber

The base body of "Changlin" brand floating inflatable rubber ball is made of refined natural rubber-rich rubber formula, which has the advantages of good flexibility, good vibration absorption, anti-aging, and seawater corrosion resistance.

1.2 Using synthetic fibers with high tensile strength, it can withstand high pressure without losing flexibility

Rubber is a composite material, the strength of which is mainly guaranteed by tire fiber reinforcements (commonly known as cords). The "Changlin" brand floating inflatable rubber ball adopts high tensile strength synthetic fiber as reinforcement material, which greatly improves the high pressure resistance and anti-explosion performance, especially in the harsh environment with excellent impact resistance. Under the condition of achieving the same strength, the high tensile strength fiber can reduce the thickness of the ball wall and make the ball wall more flexible, greatly improving the energy absorbed by the ball while reducing the back pressure on the hull and reducing the possibility of damage to the hull.

1.3 Mold-free vulcanization and wrap-around molding

This is an original patented manufacturing technology created by our company. It is integrally formed and vulcanized. There is no seam in the whole body. The reasonable design makes the strength of the ball wall balanced in all directions and greatly improves the impact resistance.

Our company is equipped with a super-large vulcanization tank, so there is no need to use mold vulcanization, which greatly improves the uniformity of rubber vulcanization, which is beneficial to anti-aging, seawater corrosion resistance, and prolongs the service life.

1.4 It has been fully tested and verified, and all performance indicators have reached international standards

Our company is the formulation unit of the national standard GB/T 21482-2008 "Ship and Offshore Technology Inflatable Rubber Ball". This standard is equivalent to the international standard ISO 17357:2002 "Ship and Offshore Technology High Pressure Floating Inflatable Rubber Fender". Before and during the formulation of this standard, our company conducted a comprehensive test on the performance of the ball produced by our company according to the requirements of international standards. The results showed that all performance indicators met the requirements of international standards. This kind of comprehensive test is done for the first time in China, which shows our serious attitude towards quality.

Inflatable rubber balls use compressed air as a buffer medium. 2.1 High energy absorption

The amount of energy absorbed is the main technical performance index of fenders. With the increase of the tonnage of the ship, the collision energy of the ship contacting the shore wall or other ships also increases exponentially during berthing operations. Huge impact energy must rely on sufficient deformation of fenders and sufficient contact area to absorb. The compression deformation of the inflatable rubber ball can reach more than 60%, and the contact area expands rapidly with the deformation, and its ability to absorb energy is much larger than other fenders.

2.2 Ultra-low back pressure

The air-filled rubber ball is filled with low-pressure gas, and the increase of internal pressure in compression deformation is very limited. Due to the large contact area, the unit pressure acting on the surface of the hull is very low, and only a reaction force of 120kN can be generated per square meter, which is equivalent to a pressure of 0.12MPa. Compared with other fenders, it is not an ordinary low reaction pressure.

2.3 The adaptability of inclined contact is good

For ships, it is necessary to have the possibility of connecting to the shore at a certain angle. The inflatable rubber ball is much more adaptable to inclined contact than other fenders.

2.4 Floating on the water surface, the ship can be swaying

The inflatable rubber floats on the water surface by the ball, and its position relative to the side of the ship will not change with the tide. Especially when the ship swayed along with the waves, the cylindrical inflatable rubber rolled along with the ball, and the friction force was very small. Therefore, the coating on the surface of the hull will not be damaged, and it can also play the role of anti-rolling and vibration reduction
